With this years special guests coming from Montreal, It is even more fitting that Joe Bembridge is part of year 2 of the Banff Yoga Festival.
Joe Bembridge, grew up in Canmore, studied Drama at Concordia University in Montreal, and worked on Green avenue. His time in Montreal was about dancing and self discovery.

Before Joe Bembridge returned to the Bow Valley, the LGBT community was quiet and had no voice. Joe Bembridge addressed this issue by throwing on a mini skirt and 5 inch heals spearheading Banff's Pride Movement. Not only are Joe's events not-to-be missed, they feature incredible choreography. "Diva, Diva, Diva" is a transcendant from Pride night and NOT to be missed! Please follow all the wonderful things Joe is doing for LGBT community in not just Banff , but Alberta and beyond.
