I am a student of life! I am celebrating 37 years of life with a disease that not only knocks me down but teaches me how to be strong yet be weak, (and be OK with both). I have been in the corporate world for quite some time. I found my passion after practicing yoga for many years. Teaching (guiding) others on and off the mat has brought such joy to my heart. My little studio allows me to help others find the bliss and become reintroduced to their perfectly imperfect bodies, minds, and soul. I love sharing ideas and learning from other beautiful women. I love offering support and helping other like-minded women follow their dreams.
